International Relations Office will provide you with the administrative support to successfully apply for your visa including issuing the necessary documents. Detailed information on the actual procedure is sent to the students via email after their application is successfully reviewed.

TRAVELLING TO IU

Innopolis is located near Kazan, the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan. However, to make your arrival as smooth as possible, the International Relations Office of Innopolis University will gladly assist you in organizing transfer directly fr om the International Airport of Kazan to the building of the accommodation wh ere you are going to stay.

WELCOME WEEK

Upon your arrival, the International Relations Office of Innopolis University will conduct an orientation presentation that will equip you with the necessary information for a productive, joyful and fun time at Innopolis University.

HEALTH

Innopolis University has a medical center that is conveniently located within a walking distance from the University. However, please make sure that during your travel you have a valid in Russia medical insurance covering the period of your stay to be able to get the qualified medical help if needed.

LIVING COSTS

Innopolis University offers its exchange students and interns a discount for the accommodation, meal plans, and also waives the fees for the usage of sport facilities. As of 2022, the approximate cost of accommodation is 35 Euros and average meal at the on-campus canteens (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) of 2 Euros.

AFTER EXCHANGE

Innopolis University will issue for you a transcript of records with the grades and courses taken at Innopolis University. Based on the transcript of records your home university will transfer the credits you earned at Innopolis University. We use European Credit Transfer System.
