Event Management

Innopolis University is a multipurpose site for holding business, lecture, exhibition, entertaining, and research events. 

20+ lecture halls with the capacity of 12 to 288 people, 3-storey reading hall with the total capacity of over 300 people, lecture theater, and rooms for arranging round tables. 

We offer:

In the Innopolis University campus, there is a residential complex for students. Each room is designed in the modern style. 

 
Possible accommodations: 2, 4, and 5 people. All rooms are equipped with a devoted bathroom, small kitchen, air conditioning system, and necessary furniture.

The town has an advanced sports complex “Innopolis.” Single visit may include a jacuzzi- and sauna-equipped pool, group activities, a multipurpose team-sport gym, and a gym for workout and cardiovascular exercises. Professional trainers are always ready to provide advice. 

Near the sports complex, you can find volleyball and basketball grounds, a tennis court, and an artificially turfed football field, and a specially covered jogging track around the football field.

2 canteens, 3 cafes, and 3 coffee houses, all with diversified menus, are operated on the University and sports complex premises. 

 
A full dinner or 3-time meals, a buffet, or coffee breaks can be arranged in these facilities.

We arrange excursions for organized groups. 

The excursions may include a presentation and visits to lecture rooms and halls for practical classes, recreation zones, laboratories, and residential campus, depending on your wishes and your focus group.
