Graduated from Kemerovo State University and the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE), holds a Candidate of Sciences degree (PhD equivalent). Has 18 years of teaching experience, including 10 years in leadership positions.

Currently serves as an expert for Rosobrnadzor (Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science) and a member of the Educational and Methodological Council under the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.

Author of more than 80 scientific publications, including 4 monographs and 3 textbooks. Joined Innopolis University in 2019, where she led the implementation of major federal projects: training regional and federal teams in data-driven management, establishing a Support Education Center, conducting comprehensive student assessments for digital departments, among other initiatives.
