CDTO, a graduate of Lobachevsky University (National Research Nizhny Novgorod State University) with a degree in Information Technology and Volgograd State Technical University of Architecture and Civil Engineering with a degree in Heat, Gas Supply and Ventilation, is engaged in scientific research in Engineering Geometry and Computer Graphics, specializing in Digital Product Lifecycle Support. From 2018 to 2023, he served as Director of Information Technology and Digital Transformation at Nizhny Novgorod Vodokanal, where he successfully implemented dozens of projects focused on improving customer services, enhancing regional quality of life, optimizing infrastructure and network management, accelerating data processing and decision-making, streamlining business processes, and increasing employee digital literacy. He has contributed to digital transformation strategies for major Russian companies and developed methodological guides on digital transformation for municipal utilities. Recognized as winner of the Best IT Project 2020 (GlobalCIO), Best Regional Digital Transformation Project 2021 (LBS International Conference), laureate of the Digital Transformation 2022 Award (LBS International Conferences), and winner in the Science category of the national Smart City Award 2023 for contributions to urban digitalization. Ranked among Russia’s Top 100 IT Directors.
