Graduated with honors in 2008 from Kazan National Research Technical University with a degree in State and Municipal Management. Completed a postgraduate program in Economic Sciences in 2011 and a postgraduate program in Pedagogical Sciences in 2021 at Kazan Federal University. Received a Master's degree in Information Technology Entrepreneurship in 2025 from Innopolis University.

Prior to Innopolis University, served as Vice-Rector for Research. Brings 20 years of experience in education and 5 years in economic development, including working experience at an international company specializing in high-tech innovation.

Member of the Guild of International Experts at the National Center for Public Professional Accreditation; listed in the Asia-Pacific Quality Network (APQN) International Consultants Directory. Serves as Rosobrnadzor expert for accreditation reviews in Economics and Management. Member of the analytical team developing the "Career Navigator of Tatarstan" digital platform and the working group on "Personnel for Additive Technologies in the Republic of Tatarstan."

Author of over 30 scholarly publications and 42 intellectual property outputs.

Honored with the Gratitude of the Government of the Russian Federation, the Letter of Appreciation from the Committee on Education, Culture, Science, and National Affairs of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, and the Letter of Appreciation from the Minister of Culture of the Udmurt Republic.
