Graduated from the Law Faculty of Moscow Humanities and Economics Institute. Has more than 20 years of experience in legal support for organizations in education, sports, construction and industrial sectors. Before joining Innopolis University, headed legal departments in several large companies, where she was responsible for contractual, claims and corporate work, as well as judicial protection of the organization's interests.

At Innopolis University, oversees all legal activities: formation and control of local regulatory framework, contract support and legal expertise, interaction with government agencies, as well as corporate matters resolution for the University.
