Kazan State University graduate, holds Bachelor degree in Radiophysics and Master degree in Physics specializing in condensed matter physics. Worked at ICL as the head of sales and marketing for ERP systems until 2008. Later worked at Microsoft Rus, where he participated in signing of a number of major contracts and the launch of the localization of Microsoft Smart Energy methodology in Russia and Windows OS in Tatarstan. From 2013 to 2015, he held the position of Commercial Director at OJSC 'Information Technology Company ROSNANO'.
