Prior to joining Innopolis University in 2015, Alexey worked on SAP Solutions implementation in Russian oil and gas companies. He is currently positioned as the Deputy Director for Digital Project Development and is responsible for building cooperation with Russian companies, technology transfer and implementation of R&D results created by the university staff and technological centres.

During his tenure, he has attracted more than RUB 12.3 billion for research, project and educational activities of Innopolis University.
