Personnel Policy and Development Director
Radik has a psychological, linguistic and economic educational background. He worked at IKEA fr om 2004 to 2020, where he led various departments in Kazan and Ufa, served as one of the company's business process auditors at the federal level, and facilitated a number of trainings.
At Innopolis University he is responsible for HR brand development and personnel policy and motivation systems formation. Moreover, Radik is in charge of ensuring speedy adaptation of new employees; attraction, support and development of teaching staff; as well as personnel records management.
