GRANTS AND TENDERS
Our Department of Tenders and Grants raises public funds for developing research and education projects, including:
— Grants and subsidies of research foundations
— Tenders of government-owned and commercial companies
Profile:
— Raising funds for implementing fundamental and applied projects.
— Involving the university in national development programs, including the Digital Economy of the Russian Federation.
— Arranging and managing the activities related to governmental purchasing (44-FZ, 223-FZ, and 275-FZ) and commercial tenders.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Our Project Management Department is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising the implementation of engineering and educational projects under grant-based and commercial agreements.
Profile:
— Implementing the projects.
— Managing project-related documents and workflows.
— Performing the business analysis of the needs of potential and existing customers.
— Participating in preparing technical and commercial proposals and applications for implementing grant-based and commercial projects.
— Developing innovation project management standards in the Innopolis University.
— Developing project management processes.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Product Development Department translates the outcomes of the Innopolis University’s research activities into end products, following the product management processes.

R&D COMMERCIALIZATION
Promoting the outcomes of the university research activities to commercial companies on Russian and foreign markets.

— Identifying the companies’ needs for innovative solutions
— Participating in forming technical and commercial proposals
— Handling the transaction from negotiations on conditions and executing an agreement through the final result
— Involving Russian and foreign partners to implementing joint projects
