Julia Tsyganova is the author of more than 180 scientific publications in peer-reviewed Russian and international journals (including those with Q1 impact factor), 18 certificates of state registration for computer programs, and co-author of the monograph “Adaptive Systems of Filtering, Control and Fault Detection” (2011). She regularly reviews papers in leading Russian and international journals. Since 2012, Julia has been a principal investigator and/or project leader on projects funded by the Russian Science Foundation, the Russian Foundation for Basic Research and other organizations. Her former main position was as a professor in the Department of Information Technology at the Faculty of Mathematics, Information, and Aviation Technologies at Ulyanovsk State University. Julia Tsyganova taught several courses to UlSU students, including “Mathematical Modeling of Complex Systems”, “Modern Methods of Parameter Estimation in Conditions of Uncertainty”, “Computational Mathematics”, and “Software Tools for Computational Mathematics”. Currently, Julia works as a professor at Institute of Data Science and Artificial intelligence at Innopolis University.
